terrorized by neighbor (can i take legal action??)?
the story is to long to put here ill be as brief as possible. the neighbor that moved next to my parents and i 11 years ago is driving us nuts. my parents live on the 1st floor i live on the second-alone. we run a small family shop in the hood. a candy collectible store. years ago one of his tenants in his buildings was good friends with me and Lure Laser he asked if i could watch his kids frm time to time when he was visiting his wife in the hospital. so first off this guy accused me of molesting the kids. he told their grandfather that (who they live with. years later (sept 08 he slashed my tire on my car. we caught him doing it could of had him arrested but he denied it but agreed to pay for it. he caused so much ag that my mom ended up in the hospital with chest pain(she has a heart condition. then he called up my dad and started saying i was a child molester and that we use the store to lure little kids in. 8 years later he is bringing this crap up again. can i do anything legally we cant take it anymore he is causing stress. shining lasers in my face. driving down the street when we are walking and just staring at us. we are scared
