    Yes, call the commander and straighten things out, and then put it in a well written letter to follow up. In the future, you probably know not to go to family advocacy unless his commander absolutely needs to get involved. This doesn’t have to be a career killer. If you two work it out, your husband can call his branch manager at human resources command (you can find out who that is at the HRC website), and request a new assignment. Then you can start over again.When a Soldier attracts attention from the commander for something like this, it automatically will give him a negative stigma, which he may not be able to shake. So you can understand why he’s so mad at you. Sounds like a moody guy. Maybe he’s had some combat stress and is having some trouble adapting to home life. Didn’t deploy? Maybe there’s something going on that you both could benefit from going to the family advocacy councilors anyway. There’s the chaplain too. Anything you go to the chaplain about will be confidential, but they are likely to suggest religion based counseling, if you are agreeable.In the meantime try to make it up to him with his favorite home cooked meals, suggest a poker night with the guys for him and give him some enthusiastic physical satisfaction. But don’t call the family advocacy office and start chewing butts. That will just make your husband and you look bad, and they will most definitely let the commander know how difficult the both of you are being.

    Your baby is still small, dont be concerned right now. The movements are just for enjoyment at the moment. You wont start counting kicks and movements still about 28 weeks pregnant. You are still early on, in a few weeks you will feel alot more and see it too!! Congrats!

    IN IE, there is a dial on demand option….It could be your AV program dialing for updates…You can turn that off and it could fix the problem…Tools, internet options, connections tab…Check the settings on that tab….

    I have this same problem. I am 24 weeks. it should be very soon he will be able to feel it. my husband felt our son move for the first time last week! a misconception my husband had was that the movement would be really hard. since we associate moving with the word kicking we automatically think harsh or hard. but it is actually quite faint to the outside touch. he may just not know what to feel for. hope this helps.

    Bravo! Well done on the writing and being short, sweet and to the point while still carrying the theme. Don’t be nervous because if you are confident in your ability to say what you want to say then you will be a hit (no pun intended, well, maybe a little). Don’t have it completely scripted/memorized so that it doesn’t sound too fake. If you mess up just flow with it. The best news people do not stick to the script/teleprompter entirely but when they say something that isn’t on the screen they just go with it and tie what they said into what they were talking about and then get back to the script. You will do fine!

    Where I live it’s been in the teens and 20′s for about 2 weeks now. I wish we had Global warming here. You should go to Youtube and find the reports from people from 35 years ago in the 70′s who are just like the people of today who are all crying over Global Warming except it was a “Global Ice age” they were crying about that so called scientist warned them all about. Back then they said the summers were getting cooler and shorter and the winters were getting colder and lasting longer.
