    Well, If you are looking to sell it to a dealer, whatever you did to it ((custom paint, interior & 22 spinners))The dealer is NOT going to give you extra for it..at all period.They go by the BOOK value of the vehicle.which being the type of vehicle that it is, wouldnt be worth very much at all.2,000 -4,000 range.Check Kelleybluebook.com or Nada.com or edmunds.com for 3 different values of the car.Kelleybluebook is the one that dealers truly go by now though…My advise to you would be to take the 22 spinners off, sell them separately.. someone would DEF buy them.and you would make a decent amount of money off of them as well.The car should be sold without the rims.Good luck
