I have gotten at lesat 10 times the value of my purchase from my Bass Fishing. Bass Fishing has completely surpassed my expectations.
Where is the best bass fishing near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park?
I'm looking Bass Fishing for lakes or large rivers I can put my kayak in to bass fish near or at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in North Carolina. Does anyone have any tips?

It could be three things. If have any other game and it play in the dreamcast it is the game. You should clean and fix any scratches. If no games play it is your laser reader. Which I suggest you buy a new dreamcast, or buy a new laser reader at play-asia.com. If it is a burn copy you need a cd-r and go to you tube to find out how to make copies.

http://www.bassresource.com has a lot of good articles. There are videos, articles for beginners, seasonal pattern articles, equipment, lures, water conditions, etc. Experience is sometimes the best teacher though.

There is Douglas Lake in Tn. & Fontana Lake, Lake Santeetlah in NC.Fontana Lake borders the Smoky Mt. I like spinnerbaits and crankbaits.By the way, medium running crankbaits are in the 6-8 or 10 foot range, not 10-15…those would be deep running.

I fish alot of BASS and FLW tournaments every year. Fish care is our main priority. We don’t want the fish getting injured any more than they have to. They are kept in airated live wells through the day and then released back into the lake after they are weighed in and are only out of the water for seconds at a time. Very few fish die and we are penalized by a lowered overall weight for each fish that dies, which insures that we make every possible effort to keep them alive and well.

THERE REALLY IS NO BIG NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE, IF YOU CAN FIND THE OLD ONES THEY WORK JUST AS WELL.

hey man, if you have a boat, try lake marion in santee cooper sc. it isn’t very far past the ga state line. i know that there have been monstorous bass and catfish pulled out of that lake. there are different camps and campgrounds around the area. i have been to this lake a couple of time andhave great time every time. a buddy i work went there a couple of weeks ago and he said that him and his wife racked up. i am not far from there i am right out side of savannah ga and the trip is only 1.5 hrs from here. give or take a little. it is right up i-95 streight shot to the lake and then just follow the signs to the boat ramps and campgrounds. i highly suggest this lake unless you want to go to north ga to do fishing. you said that you didn’t want to drive too far so lake marion in santee cooper sc would be my best suggestion. i have seem pictures of bass the size of greman shepards and castfish the size of volvos pulled out of that lake. ok i was stretching the truth a little, but hell, it is fishing who doesn’t stretch the truth a little. being on a serios note, get on line and check out this lake. it is a great place to camp and fish and just get away from real life for a little while. hope this helps good luck and good fishin. oh yea, you said that you were from, fl. this july me and a couple friends are going to st johns river in astor fl. have you ever been there. how is the fishing and do you have any suggestions about the river. if so could you shoot me an email justintodd1979@yahoo.com. good luck

I recomend using jerkbaits that resemble smaller bass because big bass eat smaller bass all the time so the colors should be green/silver for best resultsAlso fish with plastic worms preferably the color pumpkin or watermelon i recomend zoom brand finesse pumpkin for best and biggest catches (Yes my largest bass at 16 lbs was caught on a finesse pumpkin)At night try to use darker colors that will usually trigger a giant bass to aggresively bite the worm or cause a bowfin to eat it and yes you will have so much fun reeling in th monsters know as bowfins they are quite the challengeTry fishing next to objects and fallen trees and vegetation with spinner baits the blades should be willow and silver never used colored blades and the bait on the spinner should be orange or yellow/green to immitate a sunfish or another smaller bassGood luck with the bruisers

I agree with the top answer.Denver lakes and ponds usually have trout, pike, and suckers. Down in Southern Colorado where I live we have them all and bass is included. Pueblo Reservoir, Vaco Ponds, Ruynon Pond, Trinidad Lake, and that lake the top answer mentioned which is located in La Junta. The southern part of the Arkanasas River also provided Bass fishing.
