the elite has a mat black finish, come with an HDMI cable, and 1080p resolution, 16:9 cinematic aspect widescreen ratio. the console also come with a 120gb hard drive while the pro only has 60gb. so if you are not going to be downloading a bunch of stuff at the marketplace, i’d just go for the pro, but if u will be downloading tons of stuff, i’d buy the elite.

If you are training for a short distance triathlon, your sleep and social life will see very little change. If you are looking at doing an Ironman, your life changes drasticly. Gale Bernhardt, former Olympic Coach has a great book called Endurance Training for Time Constrained Athletes. It is a good source, but only if you have some endurance racing experience. I have done an Ironman and when people act amazed at the accomplishment, they are more stunned when I say “Anyone can do it, just give up six months of your life”. That is the truth. An Ironman consumes your life… A typical Wednesday for me… Up at 6:30, at my desk at 7:30, leave work at 4:30, in the pool before 5 until 6:30, rush home and get on my trainer for 2 hours and find it is 9 PM and I haven’t had dinner, ironed cloths for the next day or did anything to “unwind”. Saturdays were 6 to 8 hour bike rides followed by an hour run and Sundays were 2 hours in the pool, followed by 3 to 4 hours run. My body tells me when it needs rest and as the training gets tougher, the more sleep you need. You must have the support of your love ones or it will be a miserable 6 months.Best of luck!BillBillPetersNT@Hotmail.Com

the difference between level 10 and elite is that level 10 is a part of the Junior olympic program and elite is the level that the olympians are chosen from. to become an elite you have to qualify. your not just an elite because you can do those skills. your an elite because you can do the skills well enough to have qualified.
