    Start with the buzzbait and see how aggressive the bass are, if they don’t bite use the torpedo. I also like the pop’r line up. With a little practice you can get the lure to stay in one little area and make a lot of commotion. If they still don’t bite, try tossing a plastic worm and let it slowly sink to the bottom. The fish should be in a slightly aggitated state and will most likely hit the worm. If you still get no results I would go to live shiners. Tight lines!

    You don’t need bait. It’s just pretty hard to catch a fish, since they’re very scared (in the game at least). And you will get your item the next day. I just go back to the Animal Crossing menu (where Rover is) and set the date to tomorrow.Hope this helps!
