Wow... Seriously light headed after a intense spinning class.?
I am a guy. 24 years old.I run every day, at least 2 miles, at most 4 miles. Steady pace of 6.3 MPH - 7.0 MPH. I have been doing it for the last 8 months. I do not lift weights, so I never sit down, for the hour - 2 hours Light Spinning I am in the gym, except for when I stretch. I did a spinning session today, and as soon as I stepped off, I got seriously light headed. Nearly fell over but I was able to stay upright. I have been fasting the last 3 days, drinking nothing but water, gateraid and at most ~ 800 calories of carbohydrates. I know the fasting isn't a good idea when going into a spinning class like that (hour long spinning class), but I think the lightheadedness was related to standing up after sitting.Any ideas how I can make sure that doesn't happen again? Anything to eat before?
