This is a very leading question.I don’t have to use harsh corrections to get my dog to follow. I don’t have to physically correct her. I have used mainly +RBut I can call her off cats, kids, cars, bunnies. It doesn’t matter how loud it is, how many people are around, all i have to do is twitch my hand and she goes right to my side.The 2nd one, because I know I can proof my dog without causing it to fear me or using intimidation.That’s why I’m saying it’s leading Rotts, obviously I want my dog to listen in all situations, but I’m not going to use fear and intimidation to do so especially when I don’t need to in order to get the results I want.leading isn’t the word I should be using, black and white would be better.

Real Estate used to go up in price every year and in most areas of the country that has not happened in the last two or three years. But people still need to buy and people still need to sell. If you look at the statistics your local number of transactions may be down- but there are also fewer agents. So a good agent can still make a living- a lazy or bad agent should never be able to make a living.An agent should never make their living off of their fair share- but should be out there working harder than anyone else.
