When Football Jig arrived, I opened the package and was impressed with the solid packaging which insured Football Jig didn’t arrive damaged in any way, shape, or form.
Overall, my experience was amazing. I hope this helps you make a solid buying decision.

Yes. Your football jig should be used for on the bottom, and just like James said, it should make the worm stand up. That way you can just shake the rod tip, and the worm will wiggle in place. Now your round jig head will be used for vertical jigging up off the bottom.. This means you can cast/or drop the worm to the depth you need, and wiggle it around. With the round jig head and shaky worm, it should lay out straight in the water like so O============, this will allow you to shake the rod tip and give plenty of action to your shaky worm, and it will drive bass crazy. Hope i have helped, and good luck Fishin’!

Who i think will win and who i want to win are different.
I think with all the support from everyone, Susan Boyle WILL win, but i thought Shaun Smith was really good too. Shame Natalie Okri didn’t get through, she was good, but Diversity and Flawless were too

They will all work be sure to adjust drag so the line or tippet does not break. Locals are most likely using downriggers in deep part of lake with streamers that is hard to do without a boat, I highly suggest you hire a local guide and tell me you will bonus him X dolars for a 20 pounder, it will save you much trial and error etc etc

If the fish are being really sluggish and you think that you should use a little smaller profile on your jig, then go ahead and trim the skirt. Trim it up no further than just to the back end of the hook. With the rapalas, if they are short biting and nipping at the back end of the feather, then sure, you can trim those also.

It is better suited for open/deep water and rocky situations, I have tried a football head jig in thick cover before and lost them. That football shape head does not move through thick cover to well.

Also at the Emirates last season…i was sitting behind this man he was your classic computer geek, he had the glasses, he had the stomach and he had the accent…but this guy didnt half make me laugh, for everytime Fabregas made a pass whether it was 5 yards or 50 yards he would just mutter to himself “magic…just magic”By 60 minutes we were in hysterics! Also when we were playing Bolton earlier this season there was this Bolton fan who was getting rude. Of course we were giving them the old “you dirty northern b*stard”…anyway he was getting up and chanting but we couldnt understand a word, then about 5 minutes later he got lead away by stewards and the whole block just shouted “vvanker vvanker!”

They are GREAT when it is the right conditions to use them. I use them ALL THE time for flipping and pitching into and around cover. I also, use them for trailers for jigs. I would suggest the new Berkley Chigger Craw! They are one of the best type craw baits on the market! Also the new Chigger Chunk works amazing for trailers for your jigs. The best jig on the market in my opinion, is thier gripper jig. All around good bait. So check them out and give them a try and you will not be disapointed!http://www.berkley-fishing.com/prod.php?k=96506&sk=95807&p=PURMPCHC4-BBF%20(1128473)http://www.berkley-fishing.com/prod.php?k=96498&sk=95807&p=PURMPCC3-BBF%20(1138743)

Weedless football headed jig.. Go with dark green/blue/black. those colors work well, thrown on a crawfish trailer and jig it through the structure. Dont be afraid to get hung up it happens. Also, fish it in structure near steep drop-offs, ill guarantee you get bites. Hold on to your shoulders!

Cooking! Thats interesting I wish they had something like that when I was in grade school How about Calligraphy? You could make money of that. People like Calligraphy when they address their wedding invitations. How about Earth Rangers recycling is always a great thing, and Choreograhpy sounds very intersting. Jazz band is interesting good pick.

Fish it very slowly, the best time to use a crawfish is in the spring when they are on bed,and in the summer when they are deep.

Your not the only one, i do it too. Usually when i’m bored, worried, stressed, nervous or extremely happy. Its just a nervous release of energy. I suppose your worried about it being a mental issue which doesn’t help with the leg shaking. I went to the docs and he said it was nothin to worry about but try some deep breathing exercises to calm yourself, or take up tap dancing ha ha. Basically you need to find some way of relaxing

l have best results with (weedless) football head jigs in the winter. fished very slow.l use 1/2 and 3/4 ounce jigs, usually painted brown, with a skirt in colors to resemble a crayfish. l prefer one with rattles. then l add a soft plastic or pork trailer that has “claws” to complete the resemblance. a chigger craw by berkley of the appropriate size is great. the built-in scent is very good (to a bass) but a bit(?) offensive to human noses. stick with shades of red, orange, green and brown to resemble them craws.besides working for flipping, pitching and as a punch bait (other jig styles are actually better for those but football heads WILL work), they are one of the best baits for winter bass. any of them.simple to fish. cast, take out your slack, let sit for a bit then just move it in slowly by lifting your rod tip. the colder the water, the slower you fish it. as water warms in the spring through the summer, work it faster, with short hops and jumps between pauses. just like a fleeing crayfish.watch your line when you cast as it sinks. fish will hit these many times as it sinks to the bottom. a bushy skirt and large trailer will slow it’s sink rate giving fish a better chance to see and hit it as it sinks.IMHO, brand makes little difference. l buy packs of 3 bare jigs, packs of skirts and rattles from bass pro shop and put mine together in color combos l want at better prices than completed models.one more tip…many of the 99C stores sell bundles of small zip ties. the smallest size makes a great replacement for the rubber band usually holding on the skirt. they rot and the skirt falls apart. just put one of these ties right over or next to the original band. tighten it and clip close.there ya go.

Steve the football heads are ten times as expensive and I don’t see that investment in equipment has a benefit you loose one in twenty casts and the balls work fine. You can paint ALL lead heads to match the jigs, grubs, flukes and swim baits. I prefer the ball heads but sometimes I like the bullet heads (for deep water casting to erupting bait). In any case I paint the heads to match the baits I throw and on the backs of the round heads I paint them red so the head when rigged with a swim bait looks like the bait has flared gills I have mostly off white belly with black to blue black tops for anchovies/ shad patterns, I use chartreuse back with an orange belly for hot belly dorado, and fire tiger patterns and of course, red shad for my 12″ worms which is painted burgundy / red on the bottom and black on the top. I normally buy them in bulk boxes at Cabela’s below are the painted heads and the swim baits. The reason baits like these are needed in sizes is that as the small fry (bait grows they get bigger during the year) 2-3″ in spring 4 ” in summer and 5″ in fall you triple your fish count if you went through size changes all year matching the baits as they grow.
