Most fitness equipment for abs will only tone what is there for muscles, if you want to bill a six pack the best way is like any other way to build muscle and doing core exercises. The key is to have resistance in doing abs, by this doing sit ups really only helps build muscles underneath. My two favorites are a cable crunch and weighted leg raises.

The general rule of thumb is if it hurts, don’t do it. Hopefully the arthritis is being managed by a health care professional, They would be the best person to advise on what may or may not be safe. If they don’t know, I would suggest you see an Osteopath, Chiropractor or a physiotherapist. I presume this is one of seronegative/positive arthritis-es and not osteoarthrosis. The only hazardous one is rheumatoid arthritis as this tends to weaken ligaments around the joints. Treadmills should be fine in moderation, but bear in mind that the surface is quite hard and can cause knee problems in prolonged jogging type exercise. Best mix the type of running/walking/jogging in short spells. I presume an “AB KING PRO” is a sprung loaded device to strengthen the Rectus Abdomenis muscles. It might be best to try non-loading exercise first (such as careful sit-ups) provided they are pain free, all should be well, but best talk to your health care professional about this first.hope this helps Good luck

As a matter of fact this does work. I have not personally used it but my mom used it at my aunts house and she loved the way it worked so now she is going to order one! I am even looking for the website to order it right now for her. You should order one if you want to flatten your stomach or s/t to that effect.

No, nothing works like it says on tv. There’s no magical “poof, yay! we have abs now”.Read the fine print in the commercials, you need proper diet and exercise. You get both of those down and use the ab king and you’ll see results. Better yet, Just eat right and exercise and forget the ab king and you’ll get the same results…Let it pass…not worth ANY money

You need alot more than one meal a day try 4 small meals to keep your metabolism burning if you let it slow down you will have a hard time losing weight. yea cutting out candy and junk food would be good i never really hard of a ab king but personal alot of those get fast ab machines are a waste of money to get really good abs it all depends on your diet everyone has abs just have to peel the layer of fat covering them and the only way to do that is diet and cardio.

Yeah I have.I did it for about ten minutes, didn’t hurt much at the time but my abs were killing me the next day!I’d say do it for around half an hour everyday if you were serious about getting a toned stomach. ♥

they are made by the same people who make cub cadet, yard man, some john deere and many others. MTD makes them and they all come off the same assembly line. they are a pretty reliable mower, just make sure it has a solid front axle otherwise they tend to wear out pretty quick. I had one for almost seven years with very few problems. It even cut grass pretty good.
