    It’ll either be Lane Kiffin from the Raiders or Coach Leach from Texas Tech. At least, that’s what I hear. I’ll also miss coach Nutt, but it was definelty time for the program to move into another direction.

    The only change I would make is to add a 2nd RB position to the lineup. That is pretty standard to have QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, flex, TE, K, D. The league I am in does not use a WR/RB flex or a specific TE. Instead we play QB, 2RB, 3 WR/TE, K, D.

    Take one step at a time. If you can be successful in High School, then you have a change of being hired at a Junior College. Then you can apply to a small-time Division I school like San Diego State or Chattanooga. You must be a good salesman to sell yourself to the recruits.If an assistant coach opening becomes available at a good school, then apply for it.Also, look up the biographies of all the coaches you admire.Good luck.
