Pro Football!!!! (GO RAVENS!!!) I like the action. Also, unlike the NBA, the players don’t seem sooo… what do you call it… egotistical/ball-hoggy. I don’t know. NBA seems more for show than for game. I like college basketball for the game.I like the pro football, but I think I’ll get into college football now because I’m a TERP and will be going to college football games!! (GO TERPS!!!) Again, I really don’t know MUCH about college football, so my answer isn’t as valid.

Not to bad, average for college backfield and NFL but the big boys are well over that, lineman are around the 400-500lbs range and lbs are 350-450lbs range. My question is what is your speed?

I think that if a woman can play football and she is just as good as a man then yes they should be allowed to play. I think it is about time that men stop being so sexist we don’t live in the 19th century anymore. If woman can join the marines then YES woman should be allowed to play. If you have tried to tried joining the NFL with out success simply because you’re a woman maybe they are scared to get embarrassed that a woman can play better then them. I also think that if the NFL would allow women to play the sport then it might boost its popularity even more. It is correct that there is an all woman’s league but unfortunately they don’t get paid anything at all to play the sport. Money comes from their own pockets to pay for everything including their equipment. A lot of woman work 2 jobs raise a family and still find time to go to practices.I think that either the NFL allow woman to play or recognize them in their own league and set something for them so that they can get the recognition.

If you are already playing for a team, you have half a chance. Scouts regularly attend ‘park’ football looking for players to join higher calibre teams. I run a youth football club and have known scouts to approach players from the age of 8 or 9 to join their academies. If you are not currently playing, I would recommend that you write to clubs in your area explaining your desire and detailing your experience and acheivements in the sport. It’s a very daunting road trying to get on the ladder to become a footballer and the clubs that I have dealt with can be ruthless. You can be flavour of the month one minute and then told you are not good enough the next – it is a multi million pound business, so I suppose they have every right to be picky!Good luck though – and if you do make it, send some tickets this way!Regs..

no u cant. When u were registering if u chose public leauge that ‘s what they’re gonna put u in. If u want u can create another team and join the private league. Beacuse im pretty sure since the season started, u wont be able to delete that team.

In general, home is dark and away is white. However, there is a rule that allows the home team to notify the away team to bring their home jerseys. It specifies who need to contact whom and how many days in advance they have to do it, I don’t know the particulars. At least once a year or two ago the visiting team didn’t do that and the NFL got pretty upset about it. They tried to claim a technicality that the right person wasn’t notified. I think the NFL asked them what kind of fine they wanted to be sure it never happened again.Historically, Dallas almost always plays in their white jerseys at home. In the 70′s there was even a “curse of the blue jerseys” rumor so teams started making them wear them on the road. It was comical.

They think it is easy, especially the football players. They think they can just walk in and use brute strength to overwhelm everyone. As for the money aspect that one of the guys above mentioned, MMA makes far less than any of the top professional sports. Heck an NBA rookie makes as much as Chuck Liddell. Top professional boxers, basketball players, baseball players and football players can easily rake in mutli-million dollar contracts. So they aren’t getting into MMA for the money or glory. I simply think they want to beat someone’s face in, since they can’t do it on the court or in the field.

“If the Canton Hall of Fame inducts players who played their entire career for the AFL (1960-1969), then they should oficially aknowalage all statistics”Tell that to Gino Cappelletti the AFLs highest scorer that the “esteemed” gentlemen at the HOF actually give a rat’s patootie about AFL stats. (No, he is not in the HOF, that is the point.)Anyway this goes back sometime for the post season; have fun.Remember to add the old AAFC, the old AFL (1930s), the World Football League, the USFL, the XFL, and the CFL because of how you worded your question.:)

PAT – 1Two Point Conversion – 2Safety – 2Field Goal – 3Touchdown – 6In College football on a PAT or 2 point conversion if the opposing team recovers a turnover and runs it into their endzone they are awarded 2 points. (Does not apply to the NFL)

There has to be more to the story than what you are saying. You sound like the media. I need to know all the circumstances before I can have a solid opinion.Thumbs up to those who agree.
