Wii Rapala fishing. What to do when you catch a fish and the little mini game shows up with the red cirlce?
Everytime I catch a big fish this red circle shows up with a little fish swimming around and a net looking thing in the middle. I have no clue what to do and I always lose the fish. Help please

Best is relative to what? Water, place in the world and of course targeted fish. For anyone of a number of reasons best for one guy in his state isn’t worth squat in another guys country. Rapala makes many best models and in plenty of colors that are surface, diving, jointed, long, short and rattling or not. Maybe next time you could word a question maybe along the lines of: Hi I am Moon Beam Sasquatch and I live in the hills of Missouri and fish mostly streams and creeks for red ear and blue gill what is the best Rapala for this?

you have to try to keep the little red fish in the center of the net for a few seconds in order to land them, its difficult but you’ll get used to it.

Ive had mixed responses from various companies (mostly top end manufacturers too). Firstly Abu Garcia, i emailed them around two years ago and guess what? i still haven’t had a reply. But i did ask them about a reel they made some thirty or so years ago. I have also had very poor service from hardy and greys of england who make fly rods. Their customer service is basically non existent. I have had good service from other brands so its wise not to associate bad service with every company, it also depends on the product and type of inquiry.

C’mon… do you really think they would pay out the big bucks to have someone like Owen Wilson do some voice work for the game???Just look through the credits for the game… they usually show who has done voice work for the game.

walleye- countdowns, husky jerks, shad rapspickeral- husky jerks, shad rapsbass- original floater, x-raps, (and this ones not a rapala, but booyah chatterbaits work awesome)catfish are bottom feeders and don’t normally bite on lures, try cut sucker, or cut shinner

there are catfish ive caught 3 just use these exact specificationsGo to lake okachebee 2 and use either the minnow colour lure or the rap firetiger the strongest line and the strongest rod you have and cast out near a dark grassy or rocky area but once you hit the bottom DO NOT reel in until you get a bite as catfish are lazy!I hope this help p.s rapala rules!p.p.s i went on a fishing trip last week to america and caught 3 rainbow trout one of the was 13lbs it was an amaziong day!!have a good day and best wishes from Billy

It’s okay. I like the older big bass fishing games. The graphics are pretty good. But Cabela’s Alaskan Adventures has some interesting fishing on it (along with hunting).

You only got one “answer” out of four replies. Doesn’t say much for some of the schmucks wasting our time in here, does it? Obviously they don’t care about how ridiculous and ignorant they make themselves look. Apparently they have little or no pride. Ah, well….As for finding only half of a rod, no one stocks such a thing and your ONLY hope short of someone just happening to have a rod like it that they are willing to sell part or all of, is to go directly to the manufacturer like PD suggested. Depending on how old the rod is, they may not even make that model anymore. If they do, the cost of buying just half of one (they don’t make just HALF) is pretty remote and they will most likely want to just sell you a whole new rod. The cost of that, PLUS the shipping, will be more than if you just went to a store in your own neighborhood and bought a new one. If money is that much of an option, consider just shopping at the discount stores like Wal-Mart, or seeing what you can find in a pawn shop or second hand store. Good luck in your search.

No it does not. I have it for Xbox 360 and it was a decent game. A little easy but it does take a while to do the challenges and tournaments. I got all the achievements for it and it was kind of hard. No multiplayer though, that would have been cool. If I were you I would look into getting Bass Pro Shops: The Strike. It has multiplayer and looks really good. Good luck fishin’!

Yes, there is Rapala Tournament Fishing for Wii, but it’s not included in Wii sports.You can buy it seperately, although I read a bunch of reviews saying it’s a horrible game.

the accessories are just a piece od plastic and nothing else. really, they do not enhance the feel or gameplay, they just make the controller heavier and awkward to use.
