I had to buy several items just to realize that Rapala Fat was the best choice for the price all along. The only negatives I’ve found were that there are better units available, but they are more expensive and the reviews I found on them were on the negative side. So here’s my final word. I 100% endorse Rapala Fat and will even show you some places to get it even cheaper than retail.

you have to try to keep the little red fish in the center of the net for a few seconds in order to land them, its difficult but you’ll get used to it.

Best is relative to what? Water, place in the world and of course targeted fish. For anyone of a number of reasons best for one guy in his state isn’t worth squat in another guys country. Rapala makes many best models and in plenty of colors that are surface, diving, jointed, long, short and rattling or not. Maybe next time you could word a question maybe along the lines of: Hi I am Moon Beam Sasquatch and I live in the hills of Missouri and fish mostly streams and creeks for red ear and blue gill what is the best Rapala for this?

You can’t go wrong with the Rapala Original Floating Minnow. Rapalas have caught more world records than any other lure.I also use the #3, the smallest floater (they do make a #1 countdown) and I cast it with Berkley 4 lb test Silver Thread, a co-polymer monofiliment. It is strong, thin, and does not form coils. I also use an 8lb test fluorocarbon leader, tied on, and a small quik clip to the lure.I can cast this quite a ways. It catches fish and the ultralight makes all fo the bites fun.

If you are talking about the Rapala game from a couple years ago for 360, sadly no, no online play for it. Ive had it a while and love it, just wished it had some kind of interactive tournaments

Contact the distributors directly. At that level of purchase you can go directly to the manufacturer.

Not familiar with the ps3 however, as mentioned by josh, might give the Strike a’ shot. Rapala’s FF 2009 is a’ joke as are their other fishin’ games (wish they could come up with a video game that has the same quality as their lures;). Personally I/we have tried bout’ every video fishin’ game on the market (old Xbox and 360) and have yet ta’ find one as real to life as Pro Fishing Challenge (Old Xbox). I’ve been fishin’ for 50 years+ and I guarantee that this game brings one the closest they could get to the real thing, butttttt, have ta’ have the old Xbox
. It be a’ bit tricky but once mastered you can graduate from a small 12′ 5hp aluminum boat to a 19′ Bass boat runnin’ a’ 225 hp outboard. Game has 4 LARGE lakes, a’ LARGE variety of fish species, both bait casting and spinning rigs (rod/reel), weather conditions can be changed, along with a’ slew of different lures (top water and divers), soft plastics, spoons and spinners (Spinnerbait n’ Inline Spinners). Also you have options to overhand, two hand, side and or flip cast the rigs. Might mention that it can be played Online/Live. Know it not be for the ps3 but, just thought I’d turn ya’ on to the PFC game <);-3PFC Screen shots:http://www.gamespot.com/xbox/sports/profishingchallenge/screenindex.htmlNote: If your into both the video games and fishin’ then ya’ might just check it out ~ providin’ you have access to the Old Xbox…Added: The game can be had on ebay (link)…http://video-games.shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m570.l1313&_nkw=PRO+FISHING+CHALLENGE&_sacat=1249
