How long before weight comes back?
Im at 6'1 male whos always been thin except the last 3-4 years ive put on about 35 pounds. I got up to about 215. Now the last month and a half ive lost 20 pounds and im down to 195. I did Long Weight this by running about 5 days a week for about 30 minutes and cutting my caloric intake to around 2000 a day. I was sick last week and i took off about 8 days from running. I then ran 2 days, hurt my foot (an old sports injury that i sort of hurt again) and now i havnt run for about 4 days. My question is, how long does it take to start putting the weight back on? Didnt really stick to my diet this weekend either. Just worried thats all. Thanks

Depending on what you’re feeding them, it could take from 6 weeks to a year. My cousin received a horse that was bullied by others and didn’t let him get near the hay. He was about 200 lbs. underweight. Within 2 weeks of feeding him sweet feed and having a constant supply of hay from a roundbale in his pen, he gained about 40 lbs. But she realized soon she bit off way more than she could chew and had to sell him to someone who had way more money and time on their hands. So it takes a lot of patience, time, and money to get the horse back to a healthy weight.

Yeah it does becuase its exercise. Google hulahoop to learn how to make your own and to get the best ways to exercises. There are a lot of groups that make them and have contests. Walmart hulahoops are pretty lacking and only big enough for small children and when adults want to use them they think they cant, not realizing that they are too small.

15-20mins is fine if its directly are weight training, the best way to do it however is seperate it from your weight training and do it for a little bit longer.

Yeah, for weight control you are going to need strenuous exercise. That SEEMS impossible with arthritis, bad disks and pain. But yes, you can still do LAP SWIMMING, and it will REDUCE the pain all by itself. And it is very strenuous without having you pull or twist anything. Swim every day and do aerobics every other day. Once you are swimming 1/2 mile a day nonstop, add a little weight lifting. Once you are swimming 3/4 mile a day nonstop, add situps every day –situps you do JUST BEFORE SWIMMING.I ruptured L4 and L5 disk at the same time ten years ago and avoided surgery then and anytime since then because of swimming.

That sounds like a lot of water weight… Make sure you drink lots of water (not caffeine drinks as this will hold the water. And stop eating salty foods for the same reason). Also take celery tablets (after consulting your doctor) this acts as i diueritic and flush the water out. The answer to your question is 1-2 days after bleeding starts.

The weight gain does not happen by eating one cake. When we eat any food, it is disintegrated into Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats.Carbohydrates are most easy to digest and they provide us energy. Cake contains all the three constituents — Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins. However, the amount of protiens in cake is less as compared to Carbohydrates and Fats.Carbohydrates are further disintegrated in Glucose. Glucose is the main source of energy in the body. Energy is measured in form of Calories. On an average, we require 1800 Kilo Calories per day to perform normal work. When our body gets additional calories, it is converted to Glycogen in liver. If this additional glucose is continuously added in the blood, then liver has to convert and store it in form of glycogen. However, this glycogen is stored in the adipose tissue by the help of Fats. Hence, addtional glucose will accumulate fats. This eventually leads to obesity.Hence, if you eat a piece of cake but still consume a total of 1800 to 1900 Kilo Cal per day, then you will not put on any weight. However, if your calorie consumption is continuously more than your daily calorie burn out rate, then you will put on weight. The weight gain will be near your abdomen and hips.

You should have a doctor check for blood clots. Yaz has caused blood clots in many women. Especially if you feel the sensation of heat in your legs (usually the first sign of a clot).Blood clots can stop circulation and cause permanent damage. They can even break loose, travel to your lungs, heart, or brain, and cause death.

It could be a number of things. The time when you weight yourself makes all the difference. Had you used the bathroom, or maybe just eaten? Or maybe drank a ton of water before? The material is still in your body when you weighed yourself, perhaps before when you weighed yourself you had already used the bathroom or had an empty stomach. That can account for extra weight.

i’ve lost 77 pounds in the past 2 1/2 years.i’ve been pretty constant in losing weight. i haven’t gained.i really watched what i ate, how much and thought about eating it first.i just think about how much better i can be, and that alone is enough for me to not eat any extra.after all, you’re only supposed to eat when you need it.not when you want to fill voids, taste delicious food or when your bored.i also started smoking… which helps me keep myself occupied when i get the temptation to eat when i’m not hungry.but i suggest a healthier habbit to substitute eating…maybe like knitting, or drawing… just as long as foods out of site and off your mind.good luck!

between 45min and 1 h 15 per session and then some light stretching a good programme for toning would be 3 sessions of weights a week, a session of pilates and two sessions of aerobic exercise for 45 mins each.In your weight sessions I would try and work fast with minimum rest of 45 seconds between sets and 1 min between exercisesdo a brief warmup on a bike or skipping start with legs – do squats and lunges (both side and front) and calf raises then upper body with assisted pullups (or lat pulldowns), incline dumbell bench, curlsthen core with some swiss ball exercises, hyperextensions and situpschange the exercises you do around every 3-4 weeks to avoid boredomdo 3-4 sets of each exercise with reps of 25, 20, 15, 10 using weight that allows you to work fast and keep strict form then finish with a 5 min wind-down on bike or skipping and then stretch for 5 minsdrink at least 2 pints of water around your workout period
