If you are looking for Jigging Lures then you are in the right place. Check out this review:

In this review of Jigging Lures, I’m going to show you both the good and the bad. After all, what’s a review without some honesty, right? First, I have to tell you upfront that Jigging Lures is my favorite choice. Sure, there’s other products in the same class, but frankly, none of them as good (in terms of quality). I do have to say this though. some other products may be better, but based on quality and price, Jigging Lures is the clear winner.

How could I make my own vice for tying flies and other various fishing lures?
I saw that they cost Jigging Lures around $100 online and im not looking to put that much money into it. Is there an easier way? i just need something to hold a jig head or hook in place while tying bucktail and other threads.

There is a cool “thingie” that you can purchase called an “eye buster”. Worth every penny. You can use a nail, safety pin, etc, but the “eye buster” is the best. Guaranteed.http://www.cabelas.com/p-0000543110674a.shtml

A small jig and a crappie minnow is the best thing I’ve ever found to catch crappie through the ice. Good luck!

This is going to sound very vague, but…Use anything that mimics the main forage in the lake/pond. The same color, and all that jazz. You might wanna make sure that the lure is bigger than the average though. A bass’s metabolism is greatly increasing, and the big females are looking for a meal that will give them the protein to last through the spawn. For example, my pond has tons of bluegill…my first thought is “how can i imitate a big bluegill, yet convince the bass to bite mine instead of a real one”…in that case, i’m throwing a chartruese swim-jig and having a steady retrieve, with a few rips and drops….tight lines and good luck!

Hey Corey H, For pickerel, use a Gold Al’s Goldfish and reel it in quick – they cannot resist it. Bass – Tiny Luck 13. use it as a Popper – cast it out to a lilly pad, wait for the wake of the fish, then tug hard enough to pop the water, and stop. The next pull the Bass will jump into the air with the lure, trying to spit it out – so be prepared to keep up the tension. My grandfather taught me that. These are 2 standards that really work. I caught more pickerel than anyone I know using Al’s.

All that noise would scare off many fish but know this, That noise didn’t get un-noticed. When all is said and done, the fish will be looking for an easy carp egg meal. Note the area and move on, return in a few days and fish the area. ” do carp spawning make other fish not want to bite? ” Heck ya, carp are ugly to look at, can you imagine them when getting their freak on?” HAha…just messing with ya. ~good luck catchin’.

  8. Grand Master Basser® Says:

Looks like you answered your own questions…For the first one, jigs and worms. For the second, spinnerbaits. And for the third, crankbaits.

  9. seahawkone Says:

Diamond jigs would be my first choice. Followed by white/white&red or yellow buck tail jigs in 4oz. to 16oz. weights. For live bait fishing take a medium weight spinning rod use white 1/4 oz jig heads with white grub tails. You’ll be able to catch blue runners or flying fish with this. Have your heavy rig ready catch one live bait.Place hook in the bottom side of the fish far enough behind the anus so as not to puncture the abdomen. this hook placement tends to make the bait fish dive. Good luck!

Start small, light line, drop to bottom, raise 1//4 inch at a time. Repeat.
