any of the other soft frogs rigged the same way. 5/0 EWG hook with a coil bait keeper or any of the other keeper type unweighted swimbait hooks in 5/0.search “frogs” on ebay. there are a couple good dealer/manufacturers that have some good frogs. one even sells a kit of frogs and hooks. get the larger frogs. l think he calls himself “152nd st baits” he’s a good guy.

Match the hatch as I always say. It should work but it’s gonna get torn up awfully bad. These lures were designed for less toothy fish.~good luck catchin’

I don’t really care too much for Facebook, but I come HERE to answer questions and learn the difference between words like here and hear, or when to use two or too instead.

They’re called “blades” and adding them to anything other than a spinnerbait or any type of spinner CAN and WILL ruin the action of the lure.Should you put one on a Rat-L-Trap? The answer is HELL NO.Your spinnerbait should be equipped with either one or two from the factory, sometimes three in either a willow leaf blade, Colorado blade, Indiana blade, or a combination of the three called a “tandem”.

I’ve never been a big fan of Rapala lures (or hard bodied crankbaits and jerkbaits for that matter) but I really do like the looks of the Skitter Pop. I was watching a video of a man using the Skitter Pop and he caught an enormous Smallmouth with it, the fish easily went 4-pounds or more. I really like the frog color pattern that Rapala makes in this particular pattern. The Shad Rap is a classic lure that definitely catches Smallmouth, and as you see, the X-Rap has been mentioned enough above. If you are talking about any lure or bait, for lures, a 2″ Bass Pro Shops Spring Grub will catch the heck out of the Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass, and I’m sure you’ll catch a big Trout or even a Pike with it also. Just rig it on a Jig-Head, then cast & retrieve slowly, next to the bottom. For bait, 3-4″ chub minnows (or any type of minnow) will catch the heck out of Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, & Pike. The smaller ones, 2-inches, will catch Trout too.

Try getting one of those exterminator pressurized foggers It is a can that you set off after you close off the room with the bug. It then fills the room with a bug-poisonous fog that goes into every nook and cranny. After its time is up and the fumes dissipate you can re-enter the room knowing the bug is dead in there and will never be a problem again. All of its relatives, children, and neighboring roaches will be dead too.

First of all, a roadrunner is a jig with a small spinner blade attached to the top. Most popular summertime colors for Lake Dallas are white, chartreuse, black and yellow. Lighter colors work best in sunny conditions and clear water, go to darker for shady days or when water is off color. Use a varied speed retrieve, jigging up and down but keeping it out of the weeds on the bottom. Drag it parallel to any logs or submerged trees, again varying retrieve speed.Fishing from the bank really limits the amount of water and structure you can cover, so just experiment with shad or perch colored crankbaits, larger spinners in same colors as above, and plastic worms rigged either Carolina or Texas style. You can find these terms defined on any good fishing website. Just google “fishing” or “bass fishing”.If you get lucky and find the black bass or sandies chasing shad in the shallows (early morning seems to be the most likely time), throw a jointed rapala minnow or a plastic minnow bait right into the action and retrieve with a jerking motion. Make it look like an injured shad, and a hit is virtually assured. Finally, try booking a local guide for half a day…..will probably be the best money you can spend to find what works right now.

Go To The Vet!If you do not have any money for a vet then get on the web and search in your area for low income vet care.A lot of shelters have a program in place for people who can’t afford vet care.If you were to buy the shampoo’s from the store’s such as Wal Mart you are wasting your money. You can and should go to PetCo, another pet store or a co op and spend your money wisely on the same products vet’s use and recommend.Ticks are not easily removed and if you do it wrong it can cause the tick break off it’s head which causes an infection ( more money at the vet for antibiotics). If you can’t find a low cost/free place to have your dog treated then let me know and I will find one for you.I don’t know your location or I would just find them now nad post them for you but I can not express to you enough that you should not put anything in your pets ears and you really need to get to a vet/shelter. your dog is suffering with ticks and fleas which can and do cause other serious problems; heart worm for one.Best of Luck to you and your pet!Your pet is lucky to have an owner who is concerned about it’s health.Oh yeah! A lot of the vet clinics that I am talking about are mobile and will come to you, offer you transortation, or meet you in an a area close to you ( like a mall parking lot)

I would go with a floating Rapala, about three inches long. You cast it out and it floats until you reel it in. When you start reeling it dives under water and wiggles like a minnow. You can also use it as a top water bait by twitching it and letting it sit until the ripples die down and then twitch it again. This works especially well early in the morning or just before dark. Good luck.

Smallmouth Bass: Yellow Mr twisters, Rebel crayfish and a red/white lazy Ike or flatfish. Black rooster tails work very good as well.I just found out last night how deadly tube baits are.Motor oil, green and pumpkin. Caught well over 20 smallies.Catfish: fresh chicken liver or nightcrawlersFished from Coxton Yards to Great Bend and every where in between for the past 35 years.

you know what. i’m with you, i feel the pain of the dead hiker. BUT you have to understand, everyone has their own opinion. many people have spoke on CNN about an andrenaline rush, or whatever. mountain climbing is an extreme sport. these climbers were exteremists.some people might not know or believe it, but to them this was a challenge that would make them stronger people. it is what drove them to contain a stronger belief in themself and in eachother. it was a lifelong experience that would make them stronger, like i said, individually and together.some people drive on that feeling, and also the nature of it is something else climbers often fall in love with. we wouldnt know (non-climbers) why some extreme climbers do what they do.but more importantly, they know why. so we shouldnt even ask why…no more “why did they do this.” they did this because to them it was a way of life, and the world needs more people like that.

This would be the kind of lake that I would love to fish. I love the weeds and cover. My choice of lures would be the senko type lures fished weightless and rigged Texas style with a #3 hook.I would also try a Zoom trick worm and A stanley ribbit frog in red pearl color. If you have some cloud cover a buzz bait would work great. Another bait that I have just discovered is the Strike King Rage Tail Shad. A plastic lure that is fished like a buzz bait. The bass can’t stand it. But if you use it, follow this advice- allow the fish time before setting the hook – count to 7 and then set it- this is what works the best for me when I fish the frog also. Good luck!

Use marine plywood to create a flat surface/deck but make it removeable in case of access being needed underneath. Cover it with indoor/outdoor carpet. Easy to keep clean with a water hose.
